You should stage it so that the pieces are either separated for easy retrieval or, if space is limited, stacked in the order you will need them for construction. This saves a TON of time.

Phase 3: Construction

This phase is pretty self-explanatory. You’ve got the plans, the tools, and the hardware. All you really need to do at this point is follow the building steps outlined in your plans, taking time to ensure you get everything right. Don’t cut corners here or you’ll regret it later. If you’ve bought and staged all of the necessary hardware, this step should be a breeze.

Phase 4: Bar Setup & Stocking

You’re almost there! This is the fun shopping trip because an empty bar is a good justification for spending loads of money at the neighborhood liquor store. Be sure to get all the basics and, of course, stock up on your favorites. Also, don’t forget to buy all of the critical bar accessories, including: bar mats, glassware, stirrers, shakers, towels, etc. When stocking your bar make sure you organize things to make them easy to find when you need them.

Phase 5: Enjoyment

I don’t think I need to go into any detail here. This is the stage where you kick back with a nice cocktail and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Assuming you’ve done things right, this phase lasts a long, long time.

Legal:It is always a better idea to consult a lawyer before buying your trailer home. It will help you avoid many legal complications regarding area laws, taxes etc. Make all dealings written. Get proper receipt of all payments you have made. Also make sure that relevant tax, insurance coverage, area licensing requirements and warranties are properly covered.

If you need to transport units and join them at actual site then make sure that setup and delivery charges are included in the price or not. No terms and conditions should be hidden and all information should be out of the box.

Contract is an important legal document so read the contract thoroughly for all clauses and financial information before signing it. Sign a sales agreement between buyer and seller. Both buyer and seller should have a copy of sales agreement.

Choosing New vs. Used Trailer Home:While buying is an important question you should also decide if it is better to buy new or used. Although buying new will cost considerably higher but it will still be affordable compared to traditional homes that are built on site.

If you decide to buy used, then you should perform a thorough inspection. Compare the prices and check if the cost of it used plus repairing etc are less than buying it new or not.

Another thing that you should keep in mind while deciding between a new and used home is that used trailer homes are ready to move in while it may take weeks to months in delivery and installation of a new home.

Starting any decking project can seem overwhelming at first. Attempting to decide what kind of deck to build can be a challenge in itself. Once that decision has been made, the real fun begins. There are choices in how and what type of sealer to use and choices in the gap spacing that is required or desired. Along with the screws, I would recommend a cordless screw gun with an adjustable clutch. An adjustable clutch can save you many tips and screws as it insures you do not over torque the screws during installation.

If installing hardwood decking, I also recommend pre-drilling a pilot hole for your stainless steel screws with a high speed drill bit. This works to your advantage in two ways; It will keep your screws from breaking as they are screwed into the extremely dense hardwood, and it will help to keep your hardwood from splintering in the future when movement is all but guaranteed.

There are many brands of deck fasteners on the market today, but only a few will really hold up. Some deck fasteners require extra tools making installation more complicated than it has to be. Keep it simple. You want to look for a fastener made of quality material; one that will hold the densest of hardwoods. To achieve this strength and for ease of use, I prefer an edge mount system with a stainless steel insert.

Some deck fasteners designed today can be used on either hardwood or composite decking making them quite versatile. These fasteners can be secured and attached by placing a screw right through the fastener and straight down into the joist, which allows composite decking to naturally move on its length. These same fasteners can also be secured and attached by placing a screw at a 45 degree angle through your hardwood and then into the joist, allowing hardwoods to move on its width all the while keeping uniform gap spacing.
